Email submissions will not be accepted.<\/li><li>Abstracts are required for all papers and posters.<\/li><li>All abstracts should be submitted <strong>by 7 December<\/strong>, 2025 at 23:59 (Geneva, Switzerland Time) Extended deadline!<\/li><li>Abstracts must be submitted in <strong>English<\/strong>.<\/li><li>The abstract text may not be longer than <strong>250 words<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Up to three supplementary files can be added (pictures, tables, etc.).<br \/>These files will be used to select the abstracts; however, they will not be published. Authors of abstracts selected for the BJS Prize competition must submit 2 months before the conference the full paper to BJS by a deadline that will be communicated after submission, pending the presentation of the abstract at the meeting. Non-submission to the BJS will be considered an abstract withdrawal.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><span class=\"ql-font-h1\">Oral presentations not eligible for the BJS Prize session, will have the opportunity to be reviewed and published upon acceptance in UPIS (Updates in Surgery). The rest will be presented in the special video-poster area. It is their responsibility to inform their co-authors of the result.<\/li><li>Abstracts will be accepted either as an oral presentation to the plenary audience or as a poster.<\/li><li>The presenting author must register to attend the conference.
